It’s pretty special when your past clients become some of your dearest, closest friends. We shot Leslea and Nathan’s wedding and day-after-wedding session in the Fall of 2014. They are now expecting their first baby in the late summer. It’s incredibly sweet when you get to be the journalist of the big transitions in peoples lives. We’re so thankful for their friendship.

Joshua Tree National Park was incredibly beautiful and amazing. The city itself was pretty rough, and I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again. But the park was five stars. I’ve been wanting to go here for a while and I’m so glad we got a chance to see it. And I’m also thankful our dear friends came to spend the weekend with us and I got to make photographs of this special time in their lives.
